Have become increasingly weary of late of unnecessary adornments and outward appearances. Am too tired to be vain. Also, of sudden contractions that seem to involve some non localizable viscera that spans both thorax and abdomen.

In other news, my uncle in the ward with bilateral dimples is heading home tomorrow.
